Shipping- You can choose from several options for shipping method in our shopping cart. We usually ship one to three business days after your order is received. If you give us an email address we will email you a Ship Notification that includes tracking information when we ship your order.

UPS- UPS seems to start counting days the day after they pickup an order. For example, assume you place your order on Monday and you request UPS 3 Day shipping. We will probably ship on Tuesday and UPS will start counting days on Wednesday so your order will arrive on Friday.

USPS- We find USPS tracking information to be undependable. Sometimes tracking information is never updated by USPS. USPS Priority often takes 5 days, sometimes more.

Discrete Packaging – For your privacy, our products are shipped in plain brown boxes with a return address of Kokopelli Technologies.

Information Requested When Placing an Order –
Telephone number - A telephone number is required by USPS and UPS for shipments to locations outside of the United States.
Email address - We request your email address so we can notify you when your order ships and to provide you with a shipment tracking number. It is also a convenient way to contact you if we have questions about your order.

We will never sell or give away any of your personal information.

Orders – We accept orders through our website. Please email us with questions or comments.

Returns- Because our products are used with bodily fluids you may only return unopened merchandise. We charge a 15% restocking fee.
