Sperm Sized Spheres – Sperm Sized Spheres help you to hone your microscope skills so you can confidently count sperm and evaluate motility. It is reassuring to be certain you can find what you looking for. If you cannot see these under the microscope you know something is wrong and you should NOT be evaluating semen until you correct the problem. Since the concentration of particles is known, you get a sense of what a particular concentration of sperm looks like. Each bottle has 4 ml of solution containing 20 million spheres per milliliter (20M/mL). (one per pkg.)

If you do not see any sperm you should mix a few drops of Sperm Sized Spheres in the sample. When you see the spheres you will know you are focused on the sample and would see sperm if there were any.

Semen Collection Condoms – Male-FactorPak condoms. These condoms make it much easier to obtain high quality semen samples. You can collect a specimen during intercourse. Studies show that semen samples obtained through intercourse are more viable than those obtained through masturbation.

NON-SPERMICIDAL: Biologically inert polyurethane condom maintains sperm motility and velocity. No mold releases or powders used in condom manufacture.

COMFORTABLE AND GENTLE: Ultra-thin polyurethane facilitates sensitivity and high sexual stimulation.

LUBRICANTS: If you can avoid it, do not use a lubricant. However, these condoms are safe to use with water-based or oil-based lubricants. Avoid getting lubricant or other foreign material in the sample. Mineral oil is commonly used as it does not affect sperm.

EASY TO USE: Patient simply cleans genitals prior to use and removes the condom when erection has ceased after ejaculation. Or, you may choose to cut the tip off with a pair of scissors to transfer a sample to a collection vessel. The Sample Collection Vessels shown below are ideal and may be used to deliver a sample to a testing facility.
